These are great and super easy to make.

Delicious! Better than fried jalapeno poppers. I made a test batch with 4 peppers and I wish I would have made the full recipe because I wanted more!

Good with Garden Vegetable Cream Cheese

These were freaking awesome. A local restaurant used to make these and took them off the menu. Very very tasty and so easy. Only reason I wouldn't mark them as a go to recipe is because they are not health food. When you're picking the peppers I found the smaller peppers are usually also the hotter peppers so bear that in mind.
