Special occasion

We first learned about this recipe upon reading the Roald Dahl book, "Danny the champion of the world" so decided to try it out. It turned out well. Not as puffy as I imagined. Sort of like a puffed pancake with sausages.

I only had 2 eggs so scaled down the yorkshire pudding recipe and it still comfortably fed the 4 of us (2 adults, 2 kids). Classic toad in the hole. Perfect recipe.
