Instant Pot Korean Beef Tacos

Opted for serving with rice rather than going the taco route, very delicious.

Good meal, we put the meat over kimchi. It was a bit heavy and next time we would prep some fresh components for some variety in temperature and freshness. I wonder if adding sliced pears on top in addition to having them in the sauce would taste good. We enjoyed it and I'm saving this recipe for the future, it's really tasty!

It's really good. We added cheese and some added sour cream. Used regular slaw

Didn't follow exactly since we had some meat already cooked - made the sauce and heated the meat up in it. We also added more toppings.

Added rice and rolled it like a burrito. Allows you to use more sauce without being horribly messy.

So much lovely flavor. And it's easy because once you've made the beef, everything else is quick and easy. Beef is overdone at 45 min, I'll lower it next time.

To freeze: prep beef with sauce and freeze for later. Tasty!

These are delicious!!! I used fresh pairs for the sauce. My kiddos crave this. We have made this a couple of times. We used the meat for both tacos and ramen bowls!
