Instructions
Step 1
Mix pepper, salt, paprika, chili, garlic, and onion together in a bowl. Rub onto brisket pieces to coat.
Step 2
Lay brisket in pressure cooker (pc) pot. Add liquid smoke, Worcestershire, barbecue sauce, and broth.
Step 3
Cook on high pressure for 60 min. (90 min for partially frozen)
Step 4
Transfer meat to a cutting board and slice 1-inch thick pieces across the grain.
Step 5
Drain liquid from the pot through a fine mesh strainer, discarding fat and solids. but keeping the brine liquid.
Step 6
Drizzle liquid over brisket. Serve meat on mini slider buns.
