Instructions
Step 1
In a small pot add in 1 cup of rinsed and dried quinoa, 2 cups of water, and salt to taste.

Place on high heat and stir the pot.

Lower the heat the moment water starts to boil. Cover the pot and let the quinoa simmer for 15 minutes.
Step 4
Open the lid and allow quinoa to cool down for 5 minutes.
Step 5
Fluff the quinoa with a fork and enjoy your superfood!
