Instructions
Step 1
Cut the chorizo in small pieces and mince it in a food processor.
Step 2
Add the chorizo, minced meat, garlic, egg and seasoning to a bowl. Knead it well and make burger out of it.
Step 3
Heat up 2 frying pans. Fry the burgers in one pan and the eggs in the other. The eggs are best runny!
Step 4
In the meantime, mash the avocado.
Step 5
Cut the burger buns in half and place them in the juice of the burgers in the burger frying pan.
Step 6
Layer the burger buns with sriracha mayo, avocado, chorizo burger, and egg.
