works best, but all-purpose flour will work too

1 packetinstant dry yeast
1 packet, use platinum yeast for best results

¾ cupunsalted butter
soft, but cold temperature, cubed, 3/4 cup

1 teaspoonkosher salt
use 3/4 tsp if using table salt

1 teaspoonvanilla extract
use only if brioche will be used for dessert

1 cupwater
hot, dried and rehydrated in, or alcohol fruits, do this 30 minutes or several days ahead

¾ cupwhite chocolate chips

1 tablespoonorange zest
