Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line baking sheets with parchment paper
Step 2
Using a stand mixer or a hand mixer cream butter, white sugar and brown sugar.

Beat in the egg and vanilla extract
Step 4
In a small cup combine hot water & baking soda until it dissolves completely
Step 5
Beat in dissolved baking soda and salt
Step 6
Beat in flour, 1/2 cup at a time
Step 7
Stir in chocolate chips and graham cracker pieces
Step 8
Refrigerate dough for at least 15 minutes
Step 9
Form into 22-24 balls, folding 1-2 marshmallows in the center and covering almost completely with dough
Step 10
Place on baking sheet at least 2 inches apart
Step 11
Bake for 8-10 minutes. Transfer to a cooling rack and finish with a sprinkle of sea salt
