I have never made country ribs but there was a sale. Came across this recipe and was impressed. Even the kids didn't complain and it was pretty darn easy! As you can see, they were very tender which is why they are broken.

Makes leftovers

Really good I left them covered for cooking the whole time kept them so moist. Then when pulling away from bone I removed from oven let rest (while I made crescents) then put on the BBQ sauce and then put under my broiler for 6 minutes
