Step 1
Julienne your carrot and cucumber, and slice your avocado.
Step 2
Lay out the nori sheet with the shiny side up.
Step 3
Turn it on a diagonal and place the carrots, cucumbers, avocado, and kani in the center.
Step 4
Fold up the bottom.
Step 5
Wet your fingers and dampen the shiny sides.
Step 6
Fold the sides across.
Step 7
Hold for a minute until it sticks together.
Step 8
Sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped scallion.
Step 9
For the spicy mayo, whisk together the mayo, hot sauce, and agave nectar in a bowl.
Step 10
Drizzle or dip your hand rolls into the spicy mayo.
