Instructions
Step 1
Begin by separating 4 crabsticks into thin pieces and drop them into a bowl. You can use your fingers or a fork to separate them.
Step 2
In the bowl, squeeze 2 Tbsp of mayonnaise and 1 Tbsp of sriracha. Mix well.
Step 3
Now, dice 1/4 an avocado into small cubes.
Step 4
Next, using scissors, snip the nori sheets into 4cm strips.
Step 5
Get your cooked rice out. If you just cooked it, make sure you let it cool for a bit.
Step 6
Wet your hands and grab a small piece of rice and massage it gently with your hand until you get a cylinder shaped rice ball.
Step 7
Place the rice on a flat surface and wrap the nori strip around the rice. To seal it the nori, wet the end of the strip.
Step 8
Top it off with your crabstick mix and 3-4 cubes of avocado.
Step 9
Decorate with green onions (optional) and enjoy!
