Instructions

Step 1
Create slits on the surface of your chicken thighs so that the sauce can seep deeper into the chicken as it marinates.
Step 2
Add half the peri peri sauce to the chicken and massage into the thighs. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for about 4-6 hours.
Step 3
Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add a neutral oil. Once hot, add chicken thighs and cook on both sides until the internal temperature of 165F has been reached. Outside should be slightly crispy and browned.
Step 4
Coat the chicken thighs with the remaining peri peri sauce and serve with sides of choice.
