Billy’s mum picked up the biggest chopping knife you’ve ever seen and started peeling and slicing everything with ninja precision, creating a beautiful platter heaving with juicy fresh fruit. She had the most amazing ability to turn a pile of ingredients into a work of art. She made some sort of wonderful green dust in a pestle and mortar too, using mint leaves and sugar, and sprinkled it over the top.
