Soft and Chewy Banana Chocolate Chip Cookies

very easy. used a quarter cup less sugar and they still came out perfectly sweet. made these for a party and everyone loved them. texture is more bread-y and soft.

If you love banana bread then you will love these cookies. They taste just like it, but they're better! Unlike traditional banana bread they have a caramel flavor and chocolate chips. They're texture is soo good. Its chewy all the way, except for the edges which are a tad crunchy. It has a strong cinnamon flavor and an even stronger banana flavor. The ratio of chocolate chips to cookie is also delicious, you can still clearly taste the flavors of the cookie while still having the yummy melty chocolate.
