Copycat Starbucks Egg Bites

Pretty good. Need to try blending eggs and cottage cheese next time. Didn't add bacon, used spinach instead

I add spinach. I swap out the cottage cheese with nonfat Greek yogurt and also use nonfat cheese any kind works.

Baking in a silicone pan helps with the outside texture. I blend this in food processor and it makes it nice and smooth. I use mozzarella and avoid salt so it's a little less salty for my kids

really good i used a ton more bacon because that’s what i like and a different kind of cheese it was light and airy and super good

Decent recipe, but not a copycat without a sous vide machine. Use Instant Pot for a closer texture. I added an extra egg and more bacon. Starbucks uses gruyere, not swiss, although swiss tastes good, too.
