Honey Garlic Butter Chicken with Cauliflower Rice Meal Prep

My wife and I absolutely loved this meal! I didn’t have time to chop the cauliflower into rice-sized pieces, so we just used jasmine rice, and it turned out perfectly for both of us. The sauce and the chicken recipe became one of our favorite meal preps, and we’re already excited to make it again!
