Firecracker Ground Chicken

This is soooooo good!! It IS on the spicy side, so adjust per your taste. I used white sugar and white vinegar (had on hand) and it turned out great.

Seriously, so good!! Was super easy to make. It had lots of flavor. I put it on some jasmine rice and will probably add some kind of vegetable with it next time.

Delicious!! I used ground turkey instead of ground chicken, used 2 Tbsp brown sugar and 1/3 cup buffalo sauce to make it spicy.

Used Mike's Hot Honey instead of brown sugar, added extra Buffalo sauce and didn't have chili oil so added Trader Joe's chili onion crisp with a dash of sesame oil.

WAY too sweet with the brown sugar - and I halved it! Was expecting more spice with a name like "firecracker." However, the rest of the sauce wasn't bad. Might try again and just leave out the sugar entirely (or add a LOT less).

Replace chili oil with olive oil and cayenne
