Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 and lightly grease a 9x13 baking dish.
Step 2
Place tenderloins in baking dish, brush with oil and season all over with seasoning salt.
Step 3
Whisk together honey, broth, soy sauce, garlic, vinegar, salt, corn starch, and red pepper flakes.
Step 4
Pour sauce around pork in pan - avoid pouring on top of pork as it will prevent it from browning.
Step 5
Bake, uncovered, for 15-20 minutes until a meat thermometer reads at least 140 degrees. Remove from the oven and rest for 10 minutes.
Step 6
Slice pork tenderloins and serve with sauce.
