Instructions
Step 1
In large bowl, with electric mixer on medium speed, beat butter, sugar, milk and eggs until light and fluffy. Stir in flour, baking powder, salt and lemon peel until well blended.
Step 2
Shape dough into a ball and wrap with plastic wrap. Refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight.
Step 3
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Spray baking sheet and cookie cutter with PAM®.
Step 4
On a lightly floured surface, roll one third of dough to 1/4 inch thickness, keeping remaining dough refrigerated.
Step 5
Cut with cookie cutter; bake 12 to 14 minutes until edges are lightly brown. Remove to wire rack to cool.
Step 6
Repeat with remaining dough, spraying cookie cutters with PAM® as needed. Decorate with icing and edible candy beads.
