Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 200C.

Trim & discard narrow wing tip portion from chicken wings, then divide in half through the joint. Rub lightly with oil.

Line a large baking tray with non-stick baking paper.

Combine rice flour, garlic salt, onion powder, oregano & cayenne in a large bowl.

Add chicken, a few at a time, and toss to coat well. Lay on baking tray in a single layer.
Step 6
Put tray in oven & roast for 30 minutes or until golden & cooked through. Serve with chilli sauce or sour cream.
