Instructions
Step 1
To a food processor or blender add in frozen banana, peanut butter and blue spirulina and blend until smooth and creamy.
Step 2
Then add all cookie dough ingredients (except chocolate chips) to a food processor and blend until a dough forms. (If you don't have a food processor you can mix all these ingredients together in a bowl until very well combined)
Step 3
Use your hands to roll into about 16 small balls (store the extra in the freezer and they make an amazing snack!)
Step 4
Serve your nice cream in a bowl or cup and top with cookie dough bites
