Instructions

Step 1
Place the frozen bananas, dates, and peanut butter, hemp seeds, and soaked walnuts to a blender (I use a NutriBullet or Vitamix), To avoid the hemp seeds sticking to the sides of the blender, aim the hemp seeds and peanut butter toward the center.
Step 2
Add the soy milk and water and blend briefly until ingredients are combined.
Step 3
Add the plant-based protein powder, and cinnamon aiming for the center, and turn the blender up slowly so that the powders blend. Once combined, blend at high speed until smooth.
Step 4
Pour into glasses and serve.
Step 5
