Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
Step 2
Line baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray.
Step 3
Cut peeled potatoes into 1/2 inch cubes.
Step 4
Place rinsed and drained potatoes in medium bowl and toss with olive oil.
Step 5
Combine parmesan, parsley, paprika, garlic powder, salt and cayenne pepper in a small bowl.
Step 6
Add parmesan mixture to potatoes and toss to coat evenly.
Step 7
Arrange potatoes in single layer on baking sheet. Bake, turning once, until browned and easily pierced with knife, about 25 minutes.
