Step 1

Prepare the cheese. Chop up a block of cheese into cubes. Turn food processor on and carefully feed the cheese through the feed shoot.

Beat kefir, eggs and sour cream.




Step 3

Put lavash bread at the bottom, grease and pour the cheeses. Close lavash bread and pour over the remaining mix of eggs and kefir. Set it for 30 min. Everything is individual here, depending on your pressure cooker or oven.
