Basic foccacia (bread machine or stand mixer)
Basic foccacia, optionally you can add a splash or two of olive oil into the dough. Use any seasonings you like. Garlic, onion & dried herbs make the most sense to me.

Step 1
Add water, sugar, salt, flour, yeast & garlic and herbs (optional) into bread machine in that order. Run dough setting. Press dough out with finger tips in a parchment lined baking pan. Rub with olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt. Let rise 30-60 minutes. Bake 375°F in preheated oven until golden.
