Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Step 2
Lightly grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan
Step 3
In a large bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt
Step 4
In a stand mixer, cream butter, and brown sugar until light and fluffy
Step 5
Add in eggs and three mashed bananas until incorporated
Step 6
Stir in the flour mixture in the banana mixture
Step 7
Add in the last banana keeping big chunks in the batter
Step 8
Pour into prepared loaf pan
Step 9
Bake for one hour, or until a toothpick comes out clean
Step 10
Let bread cool completely on a wire rack
