Do you like cold udon? Cold udon is one of my favorite Japanese dish and it is perfect summer food :) You can make this with instant udon in 10 minutes 🤍

Step 1
Make sauce: mix instant sauce packet • vinegar • sugar.

Mix well and it’s half done already!

Let’s make poached egg. Add 2-3 drops of vinegar into boiling water. Make a tornado by using a chopstick and bring egg in the middle of the tornado :)

Cook udon noodle (take out 1 minute earlier than usual). Rinse with extra cold water for chewy texture!

Serve udon noodle in a bowl with the sauce.
