Step 1
In a skillet over high heat add oil, diced onion, and crushed garlic. Sauté for two minutes. Add in frozen peas and carrots and sauté an additional minute stirring occasionally. And in cooked rice. Make a well in the center and add eggs. Whisk and stir until the eggs are fully cooked then mix into the rice with the soy sauce once fully combined sauté an additional minute.
