Instructions
Step 1
Cook rice as normal but add 1 chicken stock cube to the water
Step 2
Once rice cooked, transfer over to drain any excess water
Step 3
Using the same pot, add butter and fresh minced garlic and stir on low heat
Step 4
Add rice back the the pot with garlic and butter and let cook for a few minutes
Step 5
Finish by mixing in herbes de Provence to taste
