Steak and cheese sandwich!
Ribeye are my favorite cut of steak. They have great fat content which means they will be juicy and full of flavor!
I took this beautiful prime ribeye from
and made a quick steak and cheese.
Recipe 👇
Season your steaks with SPG and sear until medium rare (about 135 degrees)
Slice up yellow onions and green bell peppers and sauté until softened.
Take a sub roll, add mayo, the sliced steak, the grilled veggies , banana peppers and provolone cheese. Melt it all together in your broiler for a minute and dig in!
