Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350.
Step 2
Combine cabbage, carrots, cilantro, jalapenos and ginger in an enormous mixing bowl.
Step 3
Whisk lime juice and oil together and stir into cabbage mixture.
Step 4
Spread sesame seeds out in a baking dish, on foil or some non-stick surface.
Step 5
Place in oven for about 5 minutes or until the aroma becomes intrusive–remove them before they turn dark brown.
Step 6
Sprinkle salt over cabbage mixture, add toasted seeds and stir.
Step 7
Take a bite and drizzle more oil or lime juice if needed.
