Smoked Bone-In Beef Short Ribs

A super simple and super juicy smoked short rib recipe that you will love! Yes it takes some time, but it's well worth it! These bone-in beef short ribs are amazing and there's no special process to cook them. Just low and slow at 250 degrees the entire time and you don't even need to wrap them.

Step 1
Preheat your smoker to 250 degrees.
Step 2
Add mustard as a binder to your short ribs and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder and paprika.

mustard2 Tbsp
salt2 Tbsp
pepper1 Tbsp
garlic powder1 Tbsp
paprika½ Tbsp
Step 3
Place in your smoker for 4 hours until a nice bark sets and you reach about 160 degrees internal.
Step 4
After 4 hours, spritz with apple cider and water mixture every 30 minutes until the internal reaches about 200 degrees (you are looking to make sure it is tender and that meat probe just slides right in).
