1.5 Cflour
1 Tbssugar
2 ¾ tspbaking powder
1 tspsalt
1.25 Cmilk
1egg
1 tspvanilla extract
1banana
very ripe, mashed
2 Tbsbutter
melted
Coconut Syrup
Instructions
Pancakes
Step 1
Whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
Step 2
2. Mix milk, egg, and vanilla extract in separate bowl and combine with dry mix
Step 3
3. Beat bananas in bowl and mix into batter. Stir melted butter into batter and refrigerate for 10 mins
Syrup
Step 4
Combine sugar, buttermilk, and butter in saucepan over medium heat until sugar dissolves.
Step 5
2. Bring to boil for 1 min, reduce heat, and mix coconut extract and baking soda into syrup.
Step 6
3. Simmer until baking soda is dissolved (1-2 mins)
