Instructions
Step 1
1. Peel potatoes and place them in bowl of cold water to prevent browning

2. Cut potatoes into large cubes
Step 3
3. Place in large pot and cover with water.
Step 4
Boil for 20-25 mins, until fork-tender

4. Drain potatoes
Step 6
5. With heat on low, mash potatoes for 2-3 mins until mostly smooth and add butter, cream cheese, half-and-half cream, seasoned salt, salt, and pepper

6. Use masher to combine all ingredients until smooth
Step 8
7. Place in casserole dish and refrigerate until ready to bake
Step 9
8. Bake for 25-30 mins
