Instructions
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350 and line 8x8 pan with foil/parchment
Step 2
2. Add caramels and cream to small saucepan over low heat, stir frequently until smooth
Step 3
3. In separate bowl, combine melted butter, brown sugar, flour, oats, and baking soda.
Step 4
4. Pat half of the oatmeal mixture into bottom of pan and bake for 10 mins.
Step 5
5. Sprinkle chocolate chips, pour caramel mix and crumble remaining oatmeal mix over the top of the caramel
Step 6
6. Bake for 20 mins or until edges are lightly browned
