Instructions
Step 1
Line a flat rectangular or square baking tray with wax paper and spray lightly with oil.
Step 2
Coursely chop the macadamias and the marie biscuits and set to one side.
Step 3
Melt the butter in a medium sauce pan (or microwave).
Step 4
Mix the icing sugar and cacao powder.
Step 5
Reduce the heat to a simmer and stir half the powder mix into the butter until smooth.
Step 6
Add the rest of the powder mix and stir until smooth.
Step 7
Add the cream and stir quickly until smooth and silky.
Step 8
Remove from heat and quickly add the buts and biscuits until well combined and everything is coated in chocolate sauce.
Step 9
Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and use the back of a large spoon to evenly spread and compact / compress the mixture.
Step 10
Cover with a lid or poece of wax paper and place in the fridge for around 1 to 2 hours to firm up.
Step 11
Remove from fridge onve firly set and cut into equal portions.
Step 12
Store in an airtight container.
