Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350F. Line cupcake tins and spray with nonstick spray.
Step 2
Mix together eggs, condensed milk and butter.
Step 3
Fill cupcake tins to about 3/4 full.
Step 4
Add coconut and parmesan on top. However much or little as you'd like.
Step 5
Bake 25-30 minutes. Rotate halfway through if needed.
