Instructions

Step 1
Leave the butter at room temperature. This way it can be processed much easier. The garlic is cleaned and pressed. Small chopped parsley. Finely grate the lemon peel.
Step 2
Put the butter, garlic, lemon peel and chopped parsley in a bowl.
Step 3
Sprinkle a little salt on top (it can be Himalayan or some kind of salt) and mix the whole composition until it is homogenized. You can also add a little lemon juice.
Step 4
Put the whole composition in a transparent foil and roll it carefully. As with biscuit salami. A tight cylinder is formed, as much as possible without air bubbles.
