Whipped Ricotta
Equipment: Food Processor
Look, I know it is expensive but I highly recommend the Cuisinart DFP-14CNY Food Processor. I once bought a food processor half the price, used it once, and immediately wished I spend the money to get a better one. This food processor holds more, processes better, and lasts longer. Plus, having a good food processor makes cooking easier and more fun, I use mine almost every day! Just consider it, OK?
