Slow Cooker North African Chicken and Beans

A lovely easy mid-week meal, 10 minutes of prep and dinner all ready to eat after a busy day at school or work. This dish also makes a no fuss meal to share with family and friends. You can even add an extra tin of beans 15 minutes before the end to feed any extra guests! What's not to like?

Instructions

Step 1
Wash and quarter the potatoes (no need to peel). Place them in the slow cooker.
Step 2
Add the onions and garlic. Place the chicken on top. Add the passata and harissa together with the beans. There is no need to drain the beans.
Step 3
Set the slow cooker to 4-6 hours on medium or 6-8 hours on low. Sit back and relax. Your meal will be ready later when you are.
