Instructions

Step 1
Add the olive oil, lemon juice, honey, harissa, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder salt and pepper to a bowl. Whisk until smooth, Add the chicken thighs and toss to evenly coat. You can let this marinate for 4-8 hours or cook right away
Step 2
cook chicken thighs in cast iron skillet 10 min on each side
Step 3
Cook Saffron Rice according to Instructions
Step 4
Cut cucumber and tomato
Step 5
Assemble cava bowl
