Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 425 and prep the asparagus. Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Spray 6 small pieces of aluminum foil with cooking spray or olive oil. Place the chicken breast on each piece of foil.
Step 3
In a small bowl, add the chicken broth, hot sauce, lemon juice, and stir.
Step 4
Place the prepared asparagus on the foil with the chicken, then pour a little of the liquid mixture over the chicken and asparagus.
Step 5
Cut the butter into small pieces and distribute amongst each of the chicken breasts/asparagus.
Step 6
Distribute the minced garlic like the butter in the previous step then fold the foil over the chicken, making sure there is no gaps in the foil.
Step 7
Bake for 20-25 minutes. Serve warm with rice or potatoes.
