Fried Chicken Marinade

0.5kgChicken fillets

½ tspsalt
or to taste

½ tspBlack pepper

1 tspSoy sauce

0.5 CupAll-purpose flour

0.25 CupCornflour

¼ tspWhite pepper powder

1 pinchBaking soda

2eggs

1chicken bouillon cube

2 tbspsWater

Instructions
Step 1
-Cut chicken into small cubes.
Step 2
-In a bowl add chicken, salt black pepper powder, soy sauce & mix well,cover & marinate for 15 minutes.
Step 3
-Add all-purpose flour. cornflour white pepper powder, baking soda,egg whites & mix well.
Step 4
-Add water & mix well.
Step 5
-In a wok heat cooking oil and frv marinated chicken on medium flame for 2-3 minutes & take out from oil & rest for 3 minutes.
Step 6
-Heat up oil and fry again on high flame until golden brown & set aside for later use.
Step 7
-In a wok, add cooking oil, garlic ginger, dried red chillies & fry until light golden.
Step 8
-Add chicken stock.brown sugar sov sauce.rice vinegar, hot sauce, dark soy sauce, salt,white pepper powder mix well & bring it to boil.
Step 9
-In cornflour add water and whisk well.
Step 10
-Now add dissolved cornflour, mix well & cook until thickens (1-2 minutes).
Step 11
-Now add fried chicken, mix well & cook for a minute.
Step 12
-Add dried red chilli and mix well.
Step 13
-Garnish with sesame seeds, green onion leaves & serve with fried rice.
