Preheat oven to moderate. Process nuts until fine, transfer
nuts to bowl; stir in sugar, semolina, egg whites and
orange flower water. Mix to a smooth, stiff paste. Shape
level tablespoons of almond mixture into pear shapes;
insert a clove in top of each pear. Place on prepared trays,
bake in moderate oven 12 minutes or until lightly coloured
