Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C/fan 180°C/gas 6 Toss the fruit together with the vanilla extract, maple syrup and 4 tbsp water
Step 2
Tip into an ovenproof dish and cook for 15 mins
Step 3
Sprinkle with the granola and cook for 10 mins more, until golden and bubbling
Step 4
Serve with light custard.
