Instructions
Step 1
Combine all dry ingredients in a large bowl. add 100ml water to espresso. Combine wet ingredients in a smaller bowl, add slowly to large bowl. Mix well.
Step 2
Pour into two baking dishes. Bake at 180 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
Step 3
Make ganache by heating 150ml cream - do not let it boil. Toss in 150gr chocolate chips. allow to sit for 5 minutes, then stir till completely smooth. Spread over cooled cake.
