Step 1
Take your tube of buttermilk biscuit dough (any brand) remove the biscuits from the can and place your biscuits on a cutting board. Press down on each biscuit to flatten them a little bit and place 1 pepperoni,1 small piece of your mozzarella cheese and then top the cheese with another pepperoni slice
Step 2
Fold the edges and pinch them tightly. Make sure there’s no holes or gaps ! Transfer the pizza bombs to your aluminum pan and brush on a mixture of melted butter, Italian seasoning, crushed red pepper, grated Parmesan & chopped parsley
Step 3
Air Fry at 350°F for 5-6 minutes. Flip the biscuits and air fry for another 3-5 minutes, or until they are golden brown and cooked through
Step 4
Serve with a side of marinara sauce 🤎
