Step 1
preheat to 450° cook for 50-55min

Step 2
- wash potato skin, lather it with olive oil (more the merrier) and sprinkle it with salt - put it on a rack in the oven with aluminum foil below it OR on a baking sheet covered in foil

Step 3
- bake the potato until the outside is crispy and the inside is soft (~50 min)

serve

Step 4
- once the potato is done, cut it in half, fluff it up and cover its guts with butter and salt - when the butter melts, add the cheeses and green onions enjoy :)
