Instructions
Step 1
I’m a very large bowl, add the rice cereal.
Step 2
In a medium sauce pan add the peanut butter, coconut oil, maple syrup and chocolate chips. Stir and cook over medium heat. Continue stirring until the mixture is smooth and fully melted.
Step 3
Pour chocolate mixture over cereal and stir to coat the cereal.
Step 4
Line cookie sheets with parchment paper. Using a large cookie scoop or spoon, drop cookie mixture onto the parchment paper and press firmly down with your hand.
Step 5
Place in the fridge to fully set. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
