Ingredients

24 ozChicken Breast
raw, Boneless, Skinless

2 tspCreole Seasoning

½ tspsazon
1 TbspStonemill-Italian Seasoning

1 Tbspfresh garlic
1 TbspTomato Paste Paste

2 tspChicken Base
Roasted

3 cupBaby Spinach

2 cansCannellini Beans
Canned

12 ounceFrozen Broccoli
Instructions
Step 1
Cut chicken into bitesize pieces and put in crockpot. Add dry seasonings & garlic and stir until coated evenly.

Step 2
Dot with tomato paste and chicken base.
Step 3
Top chicken with spinach.
Step 4
Top spinach with cannellini beans and 1/2-1 can of water. (preference) I also sprinkled a tad bit more Tony's here.
Step 5
Top beans with frozen broccoli.
Step 6
Cook on high for 4 hours, stirring at about 3 and judging your sauce. Add more water for more, add a small cornstarch slurry to thicken.
Step 7
Serve over rice (280 cal for 1 cup) or riced cauliflower (45 cal for 1 cup).
